Who am I? Well my name is Leila and I’m a 29 year old who has found a passion for health, fitness and most importantly body confidence.

Since my journey began I have become a huge advocate for self love and body confidence. This has been a message I spread on my Instagram daily. I’m also very proud founder for Fierce and Fearless a women’s empowerment community.
